Omega was a "stellar engineer" that made the "supreme sacrifice" to
fire the black hole that powers the whole of Time Lord civilization.

Rasilon was the first Time Lord President.  (I would assume that he
was of the same time that Omega was, or shortly following after.)

A Time Lord is a person from Gallifrey who graduates from one of the
Academies and is a member of the one of the Colleges.

Here's something - let's try to compile a list of what we know of the
History of the Time Lords.  We know of the war against the vampires.
Also the people from the "Quest is the Quest."  Also the stories of
Omega and Rasillon.  Also the time loop for the planet that is now the
asteroid belt that was the home of the Fendahl.

I'll let others continue.  And try to put these in chronological
order.
