Now, the legend has it that Rassilon contained the Eye of Harmony which gave the Time Lords their power of Time Travel. Apparently, Omega helped in that mission. From what I gathered from these four stories, there seems to be a division even on Gallifrey as to which Time Lord is the First Time Lord. Reason for last statement: In "The Three Doctors", Doctor #3 states that Omega was one of his childhood heros. Most people on Gallifrey talk of Rassilon as the greatest of the Time Lords. Therefore, I take the stand that neither should be considered greater or before the other (Aren't I a wishy-washy sort? 8-) ) "The Deadly Assasin" will be on in a few weeks here. I might change my mind upon seeing it again. I have very recently seen "The Three Doctors" and "Arc of Infinity", so I am more familiar with Omega at the moment.
