Let us not forget The Meddling Monk, also from the Troughton era.
He appeared in more than one story (The Time Meddler was the first)
and was one of the Doctor's race...They weren't Time Lords to us
until The War Games.

Also, a trivia question: When was the name of the Doctor's home planet
first mentioned, and to whom did the Doctor give the information?

Hint: Jon Pertwee was the Doctor at the time.
