        We  are looking  to replace  some DMF-32's with other
        boards  that  emulate  same,  but have  modem control
        on all lines...

I've used an OPTIMUX from ACCORD Computer and it seems to work.  It seems
essentially identical to the Able VMZ except that it does not require you to
put the CSR at an even multiple 200 as the VMZ does.  It does have modem
control on all lines.
