I need to get out VAX 780 running 4.2bsd to talk to our Cray(s)
over an NSC Hyperchannel.  I do not particularly want to write
an additional "Cray Standard Protocol" (what the Cray talks) into
4.2 under sockets.

What I really need is a HYPERchannel *device driver* instead of
the HYPERchannel *network interface* that comes with 4.2bds.  By
HYPERchannel device driver I mean a PI-13 or PI-14 or DR-11B
device driver.
