The Berkeley software (except curses and one or two documents) is NOT
Public Domain. If you possess or distribute it without the proper
licenses you are in violation of the law and may be subject to pros-
ection and civil suits!

Berkeley will license its software for a token amount of money to cover
media and handling costs. Source licenses require a UNIX source license
from Bell.
