Someone on decvax in the Ultrix group should have more information, but
the DEC version of Unix for VAXes (called Ultrix), is based on 4.2BSD.
(There are DEC versions of Unix for other machines as well).  The first
release will be essentially 4.2 BSD, but fixes and enhancements can be
expected when they get going.  It was announced in January, so your local
DEC sales office should know about it.
