I wash it out after each use. I have wanted to use it for grinding garlic into a paste, but never have, fearing that the garlic oils would soak into the marble and turn rancid, thus flavoring everything else I use the mortar & pestle to grind. Am I right in this, or will all the garlic oils wash out if I scrub this after each use? Will
