C Language and JSP (Jackson Structured Programming technique)

Chemical Abstracts Service is looking for information about anyone doing 
software development using C language where the program was designed 
using the Jackson Design Method (from Michael Jackson Limited, England - 
no, not the rock star!).  

In particular, has anyone developed techniques for implementing 
co-routines (for inversion) when coding the program in C?  Specifically, 
how have you solved remembering where to jump back into the inverted 
co-routine?
