There is a company that runs ads in the PC Tech Journal called Polytron.
They apparently sell something called the "Polylibrarian", which is the
product that Microsoft should have released but didn't (i.e. an object
module library generator/maintenance program).

I have never used their product, have never seen a review, and have no idea
whatsoever if it works as advertised.  If it does, however, it would be what
