Before I endeavor to invent such a monster...  Does anyone out there have
ANY program that attempts to read newsgroup mail.  Note: We are not 
connected to any network other than DECNet, and our EasyNET mail comes
in "packages", i.e. we get one vax mail message for each newsgroup which
we are subscribed to and which has mail. 
	We would like something with it's own commands as follows:

			a file command
			a reply command
			a delete command
			a next command
			  ...
			etc, as needed.

This program can be in any language which can run under VMS.
