Does anyone know of simple uucp and/or mail programs to use on
a VAX running VMS?  Running a commercial emulator (like Eunice/Unity)
is out, but if a public domain emulator is available, that's ok.
Desired situation is exchange of files with Unix/uucp machines
and exchange of mail (using VMS mail system or an independent one),
no Unix license needed for VAX, public domain C compiler--if needed.
