Does anyone know of a C compiler or UNIX for the HP-3000?

We have an HP-3000 which runs whatever HP calls their DOS
and would like to connect it to our UNIX machines.

If you've even got a mail system or (gasp) a network link
to an HP-3K from a U machine, please let me know.
