Lines: 33 I thought that someone would certainly have picked this one up by now. I guess we're all a bit too shy!. I received "The Family Radio" album as a gift, and I certainly recommend it to all. It's a 2 record set, containing many of the more popular songs from the last few years' shows, and rather less of the monologues. In particular, there are a few *excerpts* from "News from Lake Wobegon", but these tend to run only 2-3 minutes each. There are also a few "commercials", but these too are excerpts. Generally this album serves fairly well as a "composite" show. Most curiously, the one thing which is missing from the album is THE THEME SONG! (Hello Love). That was a real oversight. The "inside" cover features the lyrics to most of the songs, while the back cover contains a funny little essay by GK about a traumatic experience he suffered while participating in a school choir. It also contains a small photograph of him standing by a snowy field (Ah, Minnesota......). All in all, well worth owning.
