I originally posted this to net.general, and it was suggested that I
try posting here to net.wobegon, so here goes.

Is there any interest on the net for starting a newsgroup pertaining
to square dancing?  This group could be used for posting of weekends,
special dances, questions on dance locations for travelers, discussions
about topics such as levels, computer squares, or drop outs.

To start the ball rolling, I'll put in an inquiry:

I'll be in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 6 and I'm wondering if there is
an advanced or challange (up to C2) dance in the area for that night.
