Anyone who is communicating with the folks at Arts&Science here,
systems utas1 and utas2, please note that the utzoo-utas1 link is
having severe problems with line noise.  The throughput on the 
line is nearly zero right now; if you send mail to utas1, or are
expecting mail from utas1, be prepared for long delays.
