	A while back, someone posted a very interesting program
	called ANSITAR, which could read those sorts of mag-tapes.

	It uses a number of include.h files, and I don't have all
	of them on my system. Could someone post (or send to me)
	the following:
				<pwd.h>
				<sys/types.h>
				<sys/ioctl.h>
				<sys/mtio.h>
