     When starting to fill a completely empty knowledge-base, has  anyone  con-
sidered incorporating Asimov's laws at the heart of the system?  Alternatively,
what about starting the knowledge base with the Nicene Creed?  (As  I  said  in
the subject field, this was just an idle bathtime thought.)
