Could everyone who is in the USA please insure
that they have the 'usa' distribution list in their
/usr/lib/news/sys files?  Thanks.

[Also, those in North America, please make sure you have "na" in there.
Sample correct sys file entry:
	foovax:net,mod,fa,na,usa:F:/usr/spool/news/batch/foovax
Notice the missing ".all" - they don't do any good and actually break
the distribution feature, so be sure to take out all the .all's. - MRH]
