It is easy to make the people at STEREO REVIEW "believe".  Simply
come up with the repeatable measurement technique(s) and present it.
The scientific method.  Pursue what you believe, but do not expect others
to believe you without proof, nor should you totally believe others
without proof.  You can give "benefit of the doubt" as a "holding status",
but that is not "belief".  It is that status that a lot of things this 
net falls into.
