It happened again.  Another midnight stopage.  This time on the Army Post
where I work.  They stopped me just long enough to see that I wasn't a drunk
GI and went on their way.  At least they didn't hit me with some stupid unsafe
vehicle citation for having dirt on my license plate or something.  The
conversation went like this:

	Me:  Yes, Sir?
	MP:  Going a little fast there, weren't you?
	Me:  No, not at all.
	MP:  Oh, sorry.
