Hello out there all you bicycling fans,
	I would like some recomendations on what bicycle to buy.  I am looking
for a 19" frame, $200-$250 (or so), average recreational bicycle for my wife
as a birthday present.  I currently own a Rampar R-1, made by Raleigh, but it
has been about 6-7 years since I bought a bike and I am really out of it.
So, any advice, warnings, etc. would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks,
