We have inconsiderate and incompetent motorists, but not as high a proportion as, say, Ohio. My only collision was with another cyclist. He was riding * at night * without a light * on the wrong side of the road * in a blizzard. Cycling on the left is still very popular in Buffalo. I don't know why. -- Col. G. L.
