Berkeley Lines: 11 For obscure reasons, I am planning a bike trip from Minneapolis to Madison and would appreciate suggestions of routes. So far the only suggestions I have gotten are "don't go" and "the mosquitoes will eat you alive, particularly near the Mississsippi River". Looking at a map of the area, I can see very little in the way of forests and even less in the way of hills (I like hill climbing). Does anybody have any suggestions/advice about routes or mosquitoes? I plan to do the trip in three 100+ mile days, camping out at night. Neil Soiffer (ucbvax!soiffer)
