I ordered stuff from them once when they had a special deal whereby they paid the freight for orders totaling $50 or more. I specifically ordered $51 worth of items by telephone. Guess what... they lost the order for the lowest cost item, thus the total was less than $50 and I had to pay the freight. Instead of $51 plus tax, I paid something like $46 plus tax PLUS $7 or $8 in freight!!! Another person I know has had a lot of trouble with them repeatedly fouling up his order. The merchandise itself isn't too bad. Its the typical Taiwan variety that leaves much to be desired but really isn't bad if you know what to expect. That means avoid things like bolt cutters as they will get nicks in the blades even from cutting soft nails. I've bought an air impact chisle, a tap&die set and a couple of nut driver sets. One of the driver's handles broke under moderate pressure but that's what one expects for $2.50/set. Bob
