		GOLDEN DELIGHT PANCAKES
		~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The below is a great pancake recipe especially for the summer since
it makes a LITE pancake.  It is also excellent for waffles.


1 Cup	Cream style cottage cheese
6 	Grade A eggs
1/2 Cup	Sifted flour
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/4 Cup	Oil
1/4 Cup	Milk
1/2 tsp	Vanilla


Put all ingredients into blender.  Cover and blend at high speed for
1 minute, stopping to stir down once.  Makes approximately 20 (4 inch)
pancakes... Enjoy.
