I would like to find a good Indian and or Indonesian cookbook, one
that includes things other than curries and tandooris.

If anyone happens to have a recipe for the following I'd appreciate it:

Chicken Shami Korma	(Indian; chicken in a creamed sauce with cashews)
Rijstafel		(Indonesian; sort of a smorgasbord)
Nasi Goreng		(Indonesian; hard to describe)
Bami Goreng		(more of same)
