Make your favorite with lots of extra oregano and basil. Some bay leaf and fennel seed is good, too. For cooking pizza, the best thing is a stone or ceramic that can be heated to the right temperature and will hold the heat. These sorts of things, for use in normal home ovens, are available in many stores that sell gourmet cookware.
