Serving CANNED chow mein vegetables to a guest!!???!
I wouldn't serve my DOG canned chow mein vegetables. CANNED
VEGETABLES are one of the more LOATHSOME and TASTELESS things around -
one of the reasons a lot of kids hate vegetables until
they leave home and discover that vegetables are not always soggy.
Of you are going to all that expense buying shrimp, you can
at least wash and dice a few veggies yourself.
