View, CA Lines: 17 This discussion of HOT food is one dear to my heart(burn), but I submit that the spiciest food for my money is Thai. I worked one summer with a young man from Thailand, who decided to expand my culinary horizons. Taking me to one of his favorite home-style Thai cooking places, he had them tone down the food for me, and it still blew my socks off! Tasty, too. And I could stand quite hot food even then. In those little condiment trays with three dishes around the center that you some times see they had three different types of chile peppers! I lost touch with Suwedh, but not my appetite for that good Thai food. -- Clark
