The stuff I fell in love with in Texas is a medium brown color and is very sweet like honey or molasses. It has a course texture. Their is a commercial version of it sold out there and also I have found it at a few of the larger bakeries in the New England area but I have yet to find any recipe !!! My limited collection of cookbooks does not mention it. Does anyone have a recipe for it ? Can anyone help me out of this gastronomical nightmare ??
