We would appreciate all response about this topic. In particular, the following items are most interested to us: . Information on existing implementation (i.e. user experience, performance, locations, etc.) . Availability of the implementation in the public domain (who distributes it, price) . In what machine and in what operating system, the implementation exist . Is the implementation available in a package. What is included in the package In a presentation of DCA, we heard that similar implementations exist at Purdue University, University of Wisconsin, and BBN. Is this true?
