Perhaps, since I posted the followup ("YOU BET I'M OFFENDED...), I
( at the risk of explaining a joke) should make a comment:

My reply was intended humorously!  The idea was to poke a little fun
at a trivial concern by posting a ridiculously extreme response.  Seems
some folks took it seriously, and, well, you know the rest.

Gee, some days it doesn't pay to log on...sigh!
