The fact that VMS has had to write an emulator to run decent (i.e. UNIX) software, and UNIX has not should answer all questions on the subject, JERK! "There's no way Unix *WOULD* ever emulate VMS." Actually, folks, there are good sides to both OS's. The one you use should depend on what you wish to do with it. We may as well argue over which is better, apples or oranges (NO, the fruit, dammit).
