However, you cannot take the emerald with you. There is a way from the subterranian caves (around the Oriental and Soft rooms) to find a crack where you must drop everything (including the lamp) and go into the emerald room. You can then get the emerald and take it out the crack. Just be sure that you don't get caught by drawves when you emerge complete naked except for an emerald.
