There is a place under water in cliffside where an eel (or something)
will try to kill you.  If you then exclaim "help cecil help" he will
come and rescue you, thus allowing you to pick up some additional
treasure.

There is also an octopus down there somewhere (more treasure)

No, i never beat the game (nobody on the DEC-10 Univ of Louisville
did, i believe).  If you do beat it, let me know!!  i DID get out
of the house without going insane once...  but i certainly didn't
get all the treasure!!
