Re the orc that hopped between two spaces around a bat.   This can also
happen if the orc wants to go out a secret door on the far side of the bat.
In fact, this can happen even if the bat isn't blocking the route, if the
orc can't find the door.

This is only in some variant versions of rogue, however (i.e., not in 5.2)
