Limerics are fun, but for real wit and challenge try double dactyls....

The rules:  Eight lines.  Fourth and eighth lines rhyme.  Rhythm scheme is:

            DAH da da DAH da da
            DAH da da DAH da da
            DAH da da DAH da da
            DAH da da DUM!
            DAH da da DAH da da
            DAH da da DAH da da
            DAH da da DAH da da
            DAH da da DUM!

First line is a nonsense line like Jiggery Pokery or Pocketa Pocketa.

Second line is a double dactyl name like Joseph P. Kennedy.  You can even
try a combination like Ritchie and Kernighan.

Somewhere in the poem there must be a line that consists of a single word!
