	Perhaps the the salesperson that sold them the system will know
who to ask at the company that "fixed" the software.   

	These days all UNIX systems do not have to have someone that knows
about the internals around to keep it running.  Hopefully this
will be even less necessary as time goes on.  We don't say,
"if your DOS 2.1 administrator doesn't know the size of a FAT entry ..."
