if you REALLY want net.micro.ti99, why don't you just take over and use
some other high volume newsgroups like net.micro.zx (how many of you
remember that there is even a group by that name, and when the last article
was posted to it?) I'm sure nobody would try to stop you, and almost nobody
would even notice...
