The print in that section of the manual was small, and I mistook/typed an 8 where I should have put a 6 (art. hao.1048). Sorry if anyone was confused by the triple anti-affirmation. I corrected it in the article posted here, but I am told that news buffers an export copy somewhere else in the system, so it doesn't do any good to correct the local copy, even if you do it immediately after posting.
