Hi,

 Can anyone shed more light on the proper way to go about writing  a
cartridge start  up sequence  at $8000  on the  C64?  The  Reference
manual briefly  mentions a  few things,  but a  lot is  left to  the
imagination. A detailed example would be most helpfull...
