I can recommend the Electrohome series of large (23"?) monitors. We
presently have one unit with another on order. The latter will be
supplied with a long persistance phosphor for better graphics display.
The unit fulfills all of your requirements as outlined in the message.

Since it is a composite video input device, be sure you have access to
a terminal that has such an output - some do but they are in the
minority.
