[For the line eater]

I just purchased a VIC-20.  It seems to have what
has been described as the sparkle problem.
The problem is characterized by erratic activity at 
the end of several of the scan lines
when displaying bars of alternate colors
( Compute's Gazette Disk Menu for example).

I remember seeing something about this on the net a long time 
ago, but ignored it since I didn't have the problem.
Does anyone remember how to fix it ??  Please reply 
by mail.
