To all those people who have requested these routines, but not
received them.  Please send me mail again, and include the
full path-name of how this news article got to you.  I've tried
to use the reply mail, but it many cases, the mail came back.

This problem was especially true for people on the ARPA side of the
house.  If all else fails, send a diskette thru US MAIL, with
a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
