I just saw an IBM product announcement about new versions of the IBM FORTRAN
and Pascal compilers for the PC. These seem to be newer versions of the
microsoft products as best I can tell, and therefore should theoretically
be less buggy (I didn't find any mention of bugs one way or another in
the announcement). Of particular interest is the upgrade option: owners of
the old compilers can upgrade to the new ones for $100 eaches, as opposed
to the $350 list price for the compilers.
