Weiss I have been using the Anchor Signalman with a Compaq plus with no problems. It is a Hayes clone, the differences being in the LED displays, the startup configuration, and unfortunately the Anchor has no speaker to monitor calls (although there is a jack for a telephone if this is really important. The other difference is that the Anchor understands lowercase or uppercase commands, the Hayes takes only uppercase, which used to get me a lot when I used the Hayes. -------
