On occasion I have found it convenient to give DOS a slew of commands
at once, but in a one-time fashion.  Creating and deleting a batch
file seems like a bit much for this.  Here is an alternative that is
a bit (not a lot) better, for people with DOS 2.x:

A>type con | command.com
command
command
...
exit
^Z

Not perfect, but it works.
