Therefore, there are *very* few restaurants whose standard fare I would consider hot, although several places (esp. Szechuan/Hunan or Indian) will make extra hot dishes upon request. I am constantly disappointed by Mexican food (at least of the usual American [i.e., bland]) variety. -- andrew levy
