I beleive that in the scene the travelling quartet danced and sang the Jitterbug in the enchanted forest. There was a book published a few years ago called "The Making of the Wizard of Oz." It discusses many of the issues that have recently appeared on the net. It also goes into some of the personalities of the actors actresses, directors (there were four different directors) and reasons why the movie turned out the way it did. I don't remember the author, but if you are interested, send me mail and I will look it up. Gil Bristol hou2h!bristol
